DRB-Hicom to acquire 51% stake in Dekad Kaliber


PETALING JAYA: DRB-Hicom Bhd has entered into a share sale agreement with MRCB Engineering Sdn Bhd (MESB) for the acquisition of a 51% stake in Dekad Kaliber Sdn Bhd (DKSB) for a total cash consideration of RM7mil.

In a filing with the exchange yesterday, the group said that this entails the purchase of 510,000 ordinary shares in DKSB. The remaining 49% interest in the group is currently held by Hicom Builders Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of DRB-Hicom.
