UEM Sunrise eyes more property projects in Melbourne

KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Sunrise is eyeing several locations in the city and the suburbs of Melbourne, Australia for property development projects following the successful take up of its integrated development Aurora Melbourne Central in the Melbourne central business district (CBD).

“It is a matter of understanding what we can launch after this and if the risks are acceptable. We have identified a few sites within Melbourne and we have received offers to particulate in developments in Melbourne and Sydney,” UEM Sunrise managing director and chief executive officer Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib (pic) told a press conference here yesterday.
