Celcom launches new First Basic and First Elite postpaid plans

Celcom Axiata Berhad has just launched the First Basic and First Elite postpaid plans which it claims will be more flexible and convenient for customers.

The First Basic plan has something which Celcom calls Optimiser that automatically provides additional free monthly Internet and voice usage by recognising customers’ monthly usage behaviour.
