KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia’s world No. 1 Nicol David’s quest for an eighth World Championship in Cairo, Egypt, from Dec 12-20 is fraught with danger.

Nicol is the top seed and opens her campaign against a qualifier in the US$150,000 (RM501,000) championship.
