“The dress will highlight Vanessa as a poised, courageous and sophisticated woman,” said Jovian Mandagie, the well-known designer who presented Vanessa in two outfits he had created for the 24-year-old beauty from Seremban for the world finals next month, at his boutique in Bangsar here yesterday.
