NGO claims Bersih 4.0 organisers luring participants with cash

KUALA LUMPUR: A non-governmental organisation has lodged a report against the organisers of Bersih 4.0 for allegedly luring participants with money.

Bersih 4.0 Cintakan Keamanan president Datuk Jamal Yunos said he was approached by 37 men, in their 20s and 30s, who claimed to have been paid a deposit of RM100 each to join the rally on Aug 29 and Aug 30.
