Penang mural defaced with ‘#4.0’ graffiti

GEORGE TOWN: Penang's renowned “Two Kids on a Bicycle” mural in Armenian Street here has been defaced with graffiti.

The figure “#4.0” was found to have been sprayed on the mural in yellow paint.
