GEORGE TOWN: For the second time in less than 48 hours, the Penang DAP headquarters was splashed with red paint.
This marked the fourth attack on state DAP offices following the attacks at Komtar assemblyman Teh Lai Heng's service centre in Jalan Talipon and Padang Kota assemblyman Chow Kon Yeow's service centre in Jalan Kedah.
