"Not only that, the realignment will allow the MRT 2, also known as the SSP line, to be connected to the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore high speed rail, to be located in Bandar Malaysia," he told a press conference at the MRT information centre here.
He said the realignment would enable better connectivity with other rail operators, adding that other private developers, including 1MDB, would benefit from it.
