New insecticide cuts down dengue cases

SHAH ALAM: A synthetic insecticide is slowly turning the tide in the battle against dengue.

The deltamethrin-based compound is being sprayed outdoors and will soon be put in commercial paint to kill Aedes mosquitoes indoors.
