Conduct fresh polls or withdraw judicial review, Subra tells Palanivel

PUTRAJAYA: MIC president Datuk Seri G. Palanivel has to decide if the party should proceed with fresh polls as scheduled or withdraw the judicial review application filed by him and four other party members, said  deputy president Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam (pic) on Tuesday.

"Since the party president is geared for the party election, it would be a wise move if Palanivel decides to withdraw the judicial review application filed against the Registrar of Societies (RoS).
