KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has fixed Mar 16 for hearing of submissions from all parties in a judicial review application filed by MIC president Datuk Seri G. Palanivel and three party leaders against the Registrar of Societies (RoS) over a directive for the party to hold fresh elections.
The three others are vice-presidents Datuk S. Sothinathan and Datuk S. Balakrishnan, and former secretary-general A. Prakash Rao.
