KUALA LUMPUR: The MCA’s national youth education bureau is launching a two-week roadshow to provide counselling and career guidance for SPM and STPM leavers.
Bureau head Lim Ching Hao said his team would give advice on the opportunities and options available for school leavers.
“We will be discussing career options, whether to continue studies and guide those who just got their results,” he said here yesterday.
Lim said they would also guide them on how to apply to public universities and better their chances of getting the course they want.
He said many students were often unsure of how to fill up the form and sometimes followed incorrect advice from their peers.
The roadshow, in Mandarin, will be held in every state except Sarawak from March 5 to 20. A schedule is available at http://www.mca.org.my/.
