PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, whose family has applied for a royal pardon over his conviction for sodomy, will still have a criminal record unless he gets a full royal pardon, a lawyer said.
Criminal lawyer Hasnal Rezua Merican said the Opposition leader’s criminal record would not be erased even if he was granted a pardon.
