MIRI: Two masked men failed in their attempt to cart away an automated teller machine (ATM) at the Permyjaya branch of Bank Simpanan Nasional here Saturday, said police.
Miri Police chief ACP Gan Tian Kee said the men fled after the alarm went off when a glass door shattered as they were dragging the ATM out with some cable at about 5am.
