In the incident, police, acting on a tip-off, traced a stolen Honda CRV parked in front of a primary school in Jinjang Utara at 3pm Sunday.
Sentul OCPD Asst Comm R. Munusamy said the team then spotted the 32-year-old woman walking to the car with a 17-year-old girl.
