PETALING JAYA: Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim apologised to the Selangor Sultan if he was out of line over his remarks on the convention practised in the appointment of the mentri besar.

The PKR adviser said his statements were based on what he knew from his time in Barisan Nasional between 1982 and 1998.
