KUALA LUMPUR: As Malaysians celebrated the 51st anniversary of Malaysia, three veteran political leaders lauded Barisan Nasional and its predecessor the Alliance for administering the country well.
Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu, Datuk Mustapha Yaakub and Datuk Yap Pian Hon were of the view that the 13 Barisan component parties, representing all the communities, had set the nation on the right course despite their diverse backgrounds and leadership styles.
