Lonely Planet crowns Malaysia top family tourist destination

PETALING JAYA: Malaysia was crowned as this year's best family tourist destination at the Lonely Planet Magazine India Travel Awards 2014 in Mumbai.

Director of Tourism Malaysia (India) Manoharan Periasamy said the award was a recognition of Malaysia’s achievements in promoting the country as a leading ASEAN family destination.
