PETALING JAYA: Some 150 people gathered in a café in Kelana Jaya here to sign a petition to kick-start a campaign seeking justice for an old dog brutalised by a resident in a housing estate near Kajang recently.
The Rottweiler, which was sick with severe tick fever and partially blind, was shot with arrows at Taman Sinaran, Taming Jaya by a man believed to be an army officer on May 13.
