TELUK INTAN: Teluk Intan by-election candidate Dyana Sofya Mohd Daud is unfazed at the wolf whistles that she get during her campaigning rounds.

"I think voters are smart enough to know what I can deliver rather than to focus on my looks," she told a press conference at one of her campaign stops on Tuesday.

On PAS' hudud, the 26-year-old, who is meeting Gerakan chief Datuk Mah Siew Keong in the May 31 poll, said would stick to her earlier statement of not voting for its implementation in Parliament.

"I've made a statement on it. I have nothing further to add," she said when pressed on the issue.

On her being photographed with Perkasa's Datuk Ibrahim Ali, Dyana Sofya said the picture showing her, her mother and others with Ibrahim was taken at an event celebrating Umno veteran Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah's honorary doctorate from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM).

"Having the picture taken with him does not mean I agree with his ideology.

"I am against his extremist ideology," she said.
