Two maritime officers guarding Vietnamese fishing boat missing

Minister in the Prime Minister's Office, Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim, told reporters during the incident, a MMEA vessel had spotted two boats from Vietnam fishing in Malaysian waters.

But when the vessel returned to the earlier spot after a fruitless pursuit, the first boat with the two MMEA officers was missing.
