Azmin, Chegubard fail to strike out charges over Bersih 3.0 rally

KUALA LUMPUR: PKR deputy president Mohamed Azmin Ali and Rembau PKR chief Badrul Hisham Shaharin, popularly known as Chegubard, failed in their application to strike out two of three charges against them relating to the Bersih 3.0 rally at Dataran Merdeka on April 28 last year.

High Court judge Kamardin Hashim ruled Friday that the application by the two had no merit.
