KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court hearing Indonesian house maid Nirmala Bonat's suit Wednesday allowed the application of her former employer Yim Pek Ha, to have a medical specialist examine the woman's mental state and physical injuries.
Judge Siti Khadijah S.Hassan Badjenid allowed Nirmala to be examined in order to determine if her injuries were caused by Yim or otherwise.
