PETALING JAYA: Kita pro tem president Zamil Ibrahim has urged the Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) to explain how its takeover of Talam Corporation Bhd's debts benefited the people.
Zamil, a former Kedah PKR Youth chief, said PKNS has a good track record of helping the poor as well as small and medium enterprises.
