KUALA KANGSAR: The National Harmony Act allows criticisms of the government and leaders in efforts to guarantee freedom of speech, said Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz.
He said under the Sedition Act 1948 this was not permitted.
