KUALA LUMPUR: A negligence civil suit filed by a taxi driver who was hurt in both legs after being shot by police was resolved Tuesday after both parties reached consent judgment.
The defendants agreed to pay RM33,000 to taxi driver Yeow Leong Kang, 43, as full and final settlement of the case.
