The robot supervillain is one of Earth’s mightiest heroes’ greatest villains in the comics.
In the comics, he is the “son” of Hank Pym (aka Ant-Man/Giant-Man/Yellowjacket etc etc), and the “father” of The Vision. Fortunately, the cinematic version of Ultron will be a lot more straightforward, as the upcoming Avengers: Age of Ultron (A:AOU) movie has kept it simple by making Tony Stark Ultron’s creator.
