It’s time to study amendments to two pillars of our securities laws
THE two main components of Malaysia’s securities laws will soon have another round of changes. The last time the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 (CMSA) was amended was in April 2010, while the Securities Commission Act 1993 (SCA) has been the same since October 2011.
