PETALING JAYA: Malakoff Corp Bhd, which is making a comeback to Bursa Malaysia next year, may sell as much as US$1.5bil (RM5.25bil) worth of shares for its proposed initial public offering (IPO).
This is higher than the expected US$1bil (RM3.5bil) listing exercise, as analysts say the independent power producer (IPP) has over the years expanded its portfiolio of power generation assets at home and abroad.
