MAHB to assume full control of Turkey airport


PETALING JAYA: Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) has exercised its right of first right refusal (ROFR) to acquire the 40% stake in Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen International Airport Investment Development and Operation Inc (ISG) as well as LGMHavalimani Isletmeleri Ticaret ve Turizm (LGM) from Turkish builder Limak Holdings AS (Limak) that it did not own.

Following the airport operator’s latest move, it would have full control over Istanbul’s second largest airport.
