Mah Sing to acquire Pasir Gudang parcel from Bistari for RM10mil less


PETALING JAYA: Mah Sing Group Bhd’s price for the Pasir Gudang land in Johor that it is acquiring from Bistari Land Sdn Bhd has been revised for a second time to RM401.16mil, or RM6.81 per sq ft (psf), from RM411.16mil previously.

When Mah Sing first announced the acquisition of the 547ha freehold land in October last year, its price was tagged at RM430mil, or RM7.30 psf, only to be subsequently reduced to RM411.16mil, or RM7 psf.
