KUALA LUMPUR: Integrated offshore crane services provider, Handal Resources Bhd, announced it is partnering Scomi Oiltools Sdn Bhd to supply modular workover rig, offshore pedestal cranes and related services to oilfields in Africa and Middle East.
It said under the Memorandum of Agreement signed today, the two parties would enter into an agreement to formalise working arrangements within the next six months.
