SHAH Alam City Council (MBSA) lifted the Hang Tuah Jaya Parliament challenge trophy after emerging victorious at the Melaka Tug-of-War Open recently.
The city council’s team defeated Pantai Puteri from the Royal Malaysian Police Force in the final to take home RM2,500 in cash as well as medals.
