WHILE travelling on the KLIA Express from KL Sentral recently, I noticed that there were only a few passengers on the train. There were very few people at the station as well, and I felt quite sad at seeing this.
We have a good transport system but not many people are using it. Why? The most obvious answer is that it’s just not worth taking the train compared to other modes of transport.
