Rogue operators mar image of industry

I REFER to the letter “Regulate tow truck operators” and the report “Accident victim finds groups of men fighting over his car”, (The Star, Feb 28).

After learning that his wife was involved in a traffic accident, the writer rushed to the scene not far from his house only to find a tow truck already there and the driver staking his claim to tow the damaged vehicle.
