Relax requirements on rehiring workers

I AM the owner of a restaurant in Kuala Lumpur and I have been running this business for about 10 years now. One of the major problems we face is insufficient manpower. In general, Malaysians are not keen to take up jobs as cooks, waiters and cleaners although EPF and Socso benefits are provided. And even if they do come in, their stay is only temporary.

Hence, we are left with not much choice but to hire foreign workers. Most of them are hardworking and fast learners.
