Struck by act of kindness from a stranger

I FEEL I must share this incident that happened to me recently. I was at the main post office in town to renew my car insurance and road tax. I hoped to pay with my credit card but I also brought some cash along.

At the counter, the postal clerk told me I could not pay with the credit card. After some calculating, he said I needed to pay RM370. I took out my cash and counted RM378 before I told him to go ahead. He worked at his computer for a while and then apologetically told me the actual amount was RM382. I was RM4 short!
