Employees should be given better fixed salaries

I AGREE with Lee Cheng Poh of Penang regarding the unnecessary addition of 10% to the bill of a hotel or food and beverage outlet.

With the additional GST there is no need to further harass customers with more arithmetic acrobatics to calculate this 10% service charge.
