THE conditions are clear enough. For the 1.3 million students who qualify for the 1Malaysia book vouchers, the RM250 entitlement allows them to buy academic books, journals and educational magazines at any bookstore participating in the scheme.
They need to produce their MyKad when using the vouchers, and they cannot be transferred to any other person, exchanged for cash or sold to a third party.
