Motorist fined for blocking path of ambulance ferrying dying patient

BEIJING: A motorist in China has been fined for blocking the path of an ambulance on an emergency call by driving slowly and refusing to get out of the way, a newspaper reported.

The patient inside the ambulance who had been in a road accident later died, but the authorities said it was unclear if the delay played a critical role.
