Video of mentally disabled man undressing in front of woman leads to arrest of care home staff

HONG KONG: Police have arrested a 36-year-old female employee of a nursing home after a leaked video surfaced showing staff members encouraging a mentally disabled man to undress in front of another female resident.

The worker from Kong On Rehabilitation Centre in Mong Kok was arrested on suspicion of accessing a computer with dishonest or criminal intent at about 10am Wednesday in Tai Po, after the video went viral on the internet.
