BEIJING: A young man from western China was urged to have more surgery while he was in the middle of a circumcision and his treatment ended up costing him eight times more than he had originally agreed, according to a newspaper report.
The man, whose full name was not given, was undergoing the procedure at a hospital in Chengdu earlier this month when the doctor said he needed more surgery, the Chengdu Commercial Daily said.
