SINGAPORE: The husband-and-wife team behind Kay Lee Roast Meat Joint, which was sold for $4mil (RM11.9mil) in 2014, have been convicted of tax evasion, the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (Iras) announced on Monday.
Ha Wai Kay, 64, who is registered as the sole proprietor of Kay Lee, was found guilty of evading $54,917.15 (RM163,237)of income taxes for 2010 and 2011.
