Duo behind The Real Singapore socio-political website in court to face sedition charges

SINGAPORE: The trial against the duo behind The Real Singapore socio-political website began on Monday at the State Courts.

Yang Kaiheng, 27, and Ai Takagi, 23, are each charged with seven counts of sedition for articles published between October 2013 and February last year that allegedly promoted ill will and hostility between different races or classes in Singapore.
