SAPE (INDONESIA) - Thirteen people lost at sea for two days when their tourist boat sank in Indonesia were rescued Monday after a horrific ordeal that had forced other survivors to swim to a volcanic island and drink their own urine.
Indonesia relies heavily on boats to connect its more than 17,000 islands, but has a poor maritime safety record. However boat sinkings involving foreign tourists are rare. - AFP
