PETALING JAYA: The government has enlisted the help of airlines to issue notices on the prohibition of pork and pork-related products into the country, says the Agriculture and Agro-Based Industry Ministry.
Its deputy minister Sim Tze Tzin said that this was to protect the swine industry from the African Swine Flu (ASF) that has led to the culling of hundreds of thousands of pigs worldwide.
