GEORGE TOWN: Penang police believe they have crippled another drug syndicate following the arrest of three suspects in five separate raids.
During the operations conducted from 12.30am to 5.10am on Wednesday in the northeast district on the island and in central Seberang Prai, police seized 78.7kg of ganja worth RM236,000.
