KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah government needs more time to deliver on some of its promises to the people, said Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal.

Shafie said a major overhaul of the system of administration is needed to meet the high expectations of voters who gave their mandate to the Parti Warisan Sabah-led state government.
