KUALA LUMPUR: The Court of Appeal has ruled that there was insufficient evidence to conclude that senior lawyer Tan Sri Cecil Abraham had committed misconduct in a disciplinary case.
The case centred on allegations that he was involved in the drafting of a statutory declaration (SD) by a private investigator in Mongolian Altantuya Shaariibuu’s murder case.
